World Frog Day is a day dedicated to raising awareness for frogs and other amphibians. Frog populations have been under threat and many species are disappearing, or have already gone extinct!

Save The Frogs Day!
Conceived and coordinated by SAVE THE FROGS!, Save The Frogs Day is the world’s largest day of amphibian education and conservation action. Our goal is to provide frog enthusiasts with educational materials, ideas and inspiration and empower them to educate their local communities about amphibians. Since 2009, SAVE THE FROGS! staff and volunteers have conducted over 1,500 educational Save The Frogs Day events in at least 58 countries worldwide. Save The Frogs Day takes place every year on April 28th.

Construction on this website began March 8th, 2023 as part of a free course on website design called Website Wednesdays, offered to the SAVE THE FROGS! Community as a way to ensure amphibian conservationists have the skills to create amphibian-themed websites.
